How would a content planner work? Kind of a diary? linked to things you're working on (pulling in word counts etc). Needs to be lightweight enough not to get stuck in the mud, but also encourages you to move forward, and keeps you organised.

Links to some great prompt sites, or sites which can be used as prompts. And a short, chirpy, encouraging article about taking a prompt and sprinting with it. Why do it, how it can help you, why not do it in a group. different types of prompt.
