The Secret Laboratory

Bottles, jars, boxes in all shapes and sizes, take care with the bunsen burner

A place for research, notes, experiments, anything, and everything that feeds your work. A list of clickable items - which will open in the 'look at me I'm helpfully...' box below.

look at me I'm helpfully holding instructions, research, or references

A box holding useful reference material for what I'm writing in my main content area. eg. it could be the chapter I wrote last week or a rhyming scheme or a character sheet. It shouldn't matter what kind of content it is - it needs to be displayed in a small box at the side (ideally you could pop it out and pin it but that's for later) which you can scroll without losing focus on the main content area.

Notepad

This notepad will have more than just option for text. eg. Will be able to set a timer to remind you to come back to your note. Note will auto save but be easily sent off elsewhere - ie. deleted at the end of session, saved to a specific project, filed somewhere - an ideas box eg.

Planner

Looking for maximum flexibility

Is this just a bespoke place for a custom note? or something built in? A sticky region that can be used for whatever? Hmmm would be good to have it all.

And the possibility of having check boxes (to do list style thingie)

Dad Joke of the Day
